Z -- EXTERIOR REPAIR BLDGS 37, 40, 52 & 56 SOL 678-53-97 DUE 091197 POC Carol Lewis 520-629-4613 Provide all labor, material, tools and equipment to apply a waterproof elastomeric coating on the exterior surface of Buildings 37, 40, 52 and 56. Work includes all exterior doors, windows, railings attached to the structures and top and back sides of all parapet walls. Contractor shall prepare building surfaces as necessary to except new waterproof elastomeric coating system. Building 37 (approx 1080 sf) shall require asbestos abatement. Building 52 (approx 2300 sf) shall require jacking, re-leveling and exterior plywood surface repair as necessary before applying new coating. Building 40 (approx 8000 sf) including inside of screen walls. Building 56 (approx 10,300 sf) excluding west elevation of the building. All work to be installed in accordance with contract specifications, drawings and addenda. Performance period: 250 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
