This is an indefinite quantity contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision to effect repairs to mechanical piping, and includes demolition, repair, or replacement of piping systems, such as steam, condensate, water, gas, air, chill water and fuel. Work also includes demolition of both friable and nonfriable asbestos materials and insulation, insulating, excavating and dewatering. Asphalt and concrete demolition, removal and replacement also included. Minimum guarantee is $25,000. Contract period is for a twelve month base period with an option to extend yearly for a not to exceed amount of 36 months. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted.
