Paint work on station's gymnasium building shall include preparing and recoating of the interior and exterior walls along with applying an external insulated finish system to selected exterior wall portions. Additional paint work shall include all exterior doorways along with sanding, restripping and resealing of the wooden gym floor system. Lead paint demolition shall be in strict accordance with Federal, State, and station regulations. This solicitation includes FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (APR 1984). Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted.
