C -- BASE MASTER PLAN DUE 081997 POC Nancy Schmidt (614) 766-3803 Base Master Plan. Work to be accomplished is the preparation of a Base Master Plan, Type A services only. Work to be performed for the Ohio Air National Guard, 200 RHES, Camp Perry Air National Guard Station, Ohio Air National Guard. This project will include the Area/Vicinity maps, installation maps, short range plan and long range plan. Evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: 1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence 3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time frame. 4) Past performance 5) Location of the firm and consultants. 6) Demonstrated success in prescribing use recovered and waste reduction and energy efficiency 7) Volume of work awarded by DOD during the previous 12 months and 8) Extent of commitment to small business and to small disadvantaged business. Selection procedure may include personal or telephone interviews. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal. The excepted range of the value of this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated contract date is on or about October 1, 1997. Interested firms are to submit a SF 254 (less than one year old) and a current SF 255 for the principal firm and all consultants.
