S -- LODGING FOR VA PATIENTS SOL 626-10-98 DUE 091297 POC Susan Hilley (90C) 615-327-5312 FAX 615-321-6351 The VA Medical Center is seeking a set-aside of fifteen (15) motel or hotel rooms within a 2 mile radius of the VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN. The offered rooms must be from a single contractor at a single location. The rooms will be set-aside for exclusive VA use for the duration of the contract. Contractor shall provide daily housekeeping service as well as a continental breakfast to the VA referred occupants of the rooms. Contractor shall provide daily shuttle service to and from the VA Medical Center. Rooms shall be furnished with 2 queen size beds and other furniture typical of a commercially available motel or hotel room. Contract period will be for 1 year with two 1-year option periods.
