The work at Silverado Station, located at corner of Bermuda and Pebble, consists of construction of 25,500 square feet of a one story metal stud structure on 4.0 acre parcel; and at the Verde Mesa Station, locared on Camino Al Norte, the work consists of construction of a 32,766 square feet, one story concrete tilt-up structure on a 3.8 acre parcel. The work at both sites involves landscaping, mechanical, electrical work, and fire protection work. The work includes site clearing, earthwork, concrete work, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, case work, exterior insulation finish system, single ply roofing, roof accessories, sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, fire protection, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical systems, lighting, and communication alarm signal systems. Contractor shall be responsible for bringing all utilities to the site and connections to the building. The estimated construction cost range for the Silverado Station is $2.5 to $2.8 Million; and $3.2 to $3.5 Million for Verde Mesa Station. The performance time for both projects is 250 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed. Offerors can submit a proposal for one or both projects.
