Work will consist of, but not limited to, the removal of the existing asphalt pavement over the entire yard, regrading the area to direct drainage to a single location, repaving the area with concrete, and installing an oil/water separator to filter runoff from the paved area. The work will take place at the Island Operations Complex in Padre Island National Seashore, approximately 40 miles southeast of Corpus Christi, Texas.
