existing Post Office Building at location indicated on Drawings. Work
includes but is not limited to; demolition, earthwork, site utilities
and site improvements, paving, landscaping and irrigation. Work also
includes concrete foundations and slab-on -grade, asbestos abatement,
steel structure, roof membrane repair, sheet metal, metal stud
partitions, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, ceramic tile,
acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, customer cabinets
and fixtures, carpentry, glass storefront system, painting, metal
doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, mental fabrications,
and accessories, signage, lockers, fire detection systems, security
systems, electrical, heating and ventilating, and air conditioning
complete and ready for use.. The estimated construction cost range is
$500,000 to $850,000. The performance period is 90 calendar days from
