Areas to be painted include parking lot high light standards and short light poles; miscellaneous metal and handrails; parking lot gates; Day Care Center walls, ceilings, doors and frames; roof equipment supports; and roof shelter supports. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is 45 calendar days after contract award. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
