To order solicitation package, request in writing to above address or FAX to 850-234-4760. The work includes the interior renovation of an approximate 3100 SF existing pre-engineered building. Demolition of lead painted gypsum board walls and doors shall comply with Federal, State and Station's environmental requirements. New work shall construct gypsum board walls, hang doors, minor concreting and bricking. Interior finishes include flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling tile, and wall covering. Utility plumbing tie-ins with associated piping and fixtures are included. Mechanical work shall rework existing duct system. Electrical includes reworking lightinng, telephone conduit, exit lighting, and a fire alarm system. This solicitaion includes FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (APR 1984). Estimated cost range is betweeen $100,000 and $250,000. Due date is an approximate date only. Solicitation documents will be distributed on a first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted.
