The Clean Room Suite shall consist of an Outer Room designed to Class 10,000, and an Inner Room designed to Class 1,000. The Outer Room shall maintain Class 10,000 conditions, and the Inner Room shall maintain Class 1,000 conditions, given appropriate clean room operations and practices, and use of equipment appropriate to the classification of the room. The bid shall include certification of the suite by a qualified clean room certifier.
