Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipent, materials, and supervision necessary to complete a construction project for the Repair of Building 1427 at Hanscom AFB, MA. The principle items of work include but are not limited to: upgrading the existing HVAC and electrical systems, installing new finishes, installing a fire suppression system, replacement of all hydronic piping, and the construction of a new handicap-accessible ramp. The performance period for all CLINs will be 210 calendar days. The contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of construction is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
