Site 1, repair 250 c.y. slipout (ramp down with construction equipment). Reinstall overside drain with 20' of flume; install 0.7 c.y. of riprap and reconstruct the berm. Remove and reinstall overside drain 180' North of this site. Remove 18"X60' Fir (hazard tree). Buck up into 4' lengths and stack along road side. Root wad to remain on cut bank. Site 2, place material in the fill failure area with excavators and dump trucks. Obtain the needed material from the cutbanks in the near vicinity. Laborers will be used to compact the material using the proper lift thickness. Install 24" MES with concrete grouting (betterment).
