Dept of Commerce/National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide and install high security lock cylinders in existing mortise locksets. The cylinders shall have six pin tumblers, meet UL-437 standards and have individually serialized bi-axially cut keys. MEDECO (or equal) cylinders are acceptable. The delivery points will be at 24 locations in the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Delivery date is 60 days after receipt of order. Request for Quotation 97-2600 will be available on or about August 20, 1997. Quotes will be due on or about September 10, 1997. Award is anticipated to be made on or about September 30, 1997. Copies of the RFQ will be provided only in response to written or faxed requests or e-mails received directly from the requestor.
