This will be a sole-source procurement to Canadian Commercial Corporation (subcontracted to Metocean Data Systems, Ltd.), Tower B 11th Floor, 50 O'Conner Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Delivery shall be FOB Destination NSWC Crane Division, with 20 units required by 15 December 1997 and 10 units required by 15 April 1998.
