System consists of a personal computer master station, tone controller/encoder, two radio transmitters, and various existing VHF-FM single and multiple digital tone radio control switches. System software for single tone and digital controls are to be supplied also. System shall be provided with automatic and manual peak load control from a programmed set of strategies with inputs from an external utility company load monitoring signal.
