shall provide Plastic Trash Can Liners and Hazardous Waste Bags to the
following facilities within VISN 21 of the Department Of Veterans;
Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Pleasant Hill, CA. Contract shall
be issued as an indefinate, delivery indefinate quantity (IDIQ) type
contract. Individual purchase orders shall be issued by the above
mentioned facilities. Deliveries are to be made FOB Destination. 2.
Offerors should thoroughly review the specifications and become
familiar with the required area of coverage prior to submitting an
offer, in order to be fully aware of the scope of supplies required.
Failure to understand the contract requirements will not relieve the
successful offeror from performing in accordance with the strict intent
and meaning of the contract. 3. Solicitation Packages shall be
available on or about August 15, 1997. Request for Solicitation
Packages MUST be in writing. NO verbal/telephonic request shall be
