74 -- UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE OF SIRIUS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS SOL DMCUMH97MP11067 DUE 082197 POC Karen Kincaid/(618) 256-9707; Darlene Cutler/(618) 256-9697 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a purchase order to Sirius Software, Inc., 215 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02142, for upgrade and maintenance of the following software products: JANUS TCP/IP and JANUS OMNI SQL Access Module. Upgrade will be from 10 users to 250 users. Software is licensed on Amdahl 5890-600E, Group 40, SN 510994 located at the Defense Megacenter Huntsville, Alabama. The purchase order will include software maintenance for the period 1 September 1997 through 30 September 1998. The software is proprietary to Sirius Software and the upgrade and maintenance are therefore being acquired using other than full and open competition under the authority of 40 USC 759(g), Specific Make and Model.
