Defense Command (CBDCOM) has a requirement to analyze the incorporation
of Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) technology into the M43A1 as a
possible method of upgrading its capability. In order to access the
feasibility of this effort, the Government has selected two (2)
approaches for possible farther analysis received as unsolicited
proposals from Environmental Technologies Group, Inc., P. O. Box 9840,
1400 Taylor Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21284 and Intellitec, 200
Brunswick Lane, DeLand, Florida 32724. The Government anticipates an
award on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee basis. The anticipated performance
