Contracting Office., clintong@or-ngnet.army.mil. Indefinite Delivery
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with multi-disciplinary work
to be performed at Oregon Air National Guard facilities located in
Porrland, Oregon and Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon. Various projects
require multiple specialized design efforts for Architectural and
interior design, electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, fire
detection and suppression systems (ie: AFFF). Environmental, including
asbestos and lead based paint abatement, geotechnical services,
acoustical and landscaping. The IDIQ contract will have a maximum
delivery order amount of $300,000.00 and a total monetary limit of
$1,500,000.00 for the first year with a government option to extend for
one additional year with a maximum of $1,500,000.00 for that year.
Anticipated start date for the IDIQ contract is January 1998. Work may
include, but is not limited to, (a) vehicle storage facilities, (b)
repair/replace windows (c) repair alter and maintain facilities (d) air
condition systems (e) repair or replace roofing and siding systems (f)
paving projects (g) various electrical evaluations. Evaluation
criteria in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional
qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required
services (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the
type of work required (3) capacity to accomplish the work in the
required time (4) past performance on contracts with government
agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work
and compliance with performance schedules (5) location in the general
geographical area of the projects and knowledge of the locality of the
projects, provided that application in this criteria leaves an
appropriate number of qualified firms given the nature and size of the
projects (6) volume of DOD work previously awarded. Final selection
procedure may include person or telephone interview. A firm fixed price
contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).

SF 254 (copy must be less than one year old) and a current copy of
their SF 255 to be received no later than 1530 on 23 September 1997 at
