J -- MAINTAIN SIEMENS SOMATOM HI Q/S CT SCANNER SYSTEM SOL 649-33-97 DUE 091297 POC Sandara Cummings (phone) 520-776-6185 (fax) 520-776-6052 The Prescott, AZ VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide service and preventative maintenance to the Siemens Somatom HI Q/S Computerized Tomography (CT) Scanner system at this facility to insure equipment functions in conformance with latest published edition of NFPA-99, OSHA, and CDRH. Bio-Medical staff at this facility will provide first call service to the system, as well as assist the contractor in servicing the equipment as required by the specifications set forth in the solicitation. Subject to availability of funds, a contract is expected to be awarded for the base period October 1, 1997 thru September 30, 1998 with two one-year renewal options extending thru September 30, 2000.
