P -- FACILITY DEMOLITION SOL F24604 97 B0036 DUE 082597 POC Contact Bill Martin, Contract Administrator, 406-731-4040;Jean Stone, Contracting Officer, 406-731-4018 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, transportation, quality control, supervision, other items and services necessary for complete demolition of Building 3070, located on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The project (97-0049) includes, but is not limited to backfill and site restoration of the facility site, asbestos removal and proper disposal prior to building demolition. The work site shall be graded, landscaped and seeded, pavements and gutters repaired. Demolition shall be accomplished with little consideration for salvage of components. The performance period for this project will be 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The proposed contract is open to large and small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 1795.
