This is a simplified acquisition with an anticipated period of performance of one base six-month period and one six-month option period. This decision is based on FAR 6.302(A)(1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", 10 U.S.C. 2304( c)(1). This requirement includes consultations, professional reviews, site visit assessments, ADR Program System Design Workshops and Conference Participation, ADR briefings, and ADR/Mediation Training. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Any information provided in response to this synopsis shall be done so completely at the respondent's expense, become the property of the Government, and shall not be returned.
