The Office of Managed Care, SAMHSA through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a sole source contract to the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, for development of a managed mental health care contracting guide for consumers and families. The guide will be developed with extensive input from consumers and families with experience with public mental health managed care systems. It will be an easy-to-read guide concerning critical issues in managed care procurement, contracting, and contract monitoring for public mental health services.
