The Center for Substance Abuse and Prevention (CSAP), SAMHSA, through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a sole source Simplified Acquisition to Centralink, to provide conference support at five conferences co-sponsored by CSAP. The support includes providing 80 partial (50%) conference scholarships to CSAP for the conferences in 1998. Providing 15 registrations, approximately 3 per conference for CSAP sponsored speakers. Advertising the mission of CSAP related to managed care and substance abuse prevention at five Institute for Behavioral Healthcare (IBH) Centralink conferences. Authorizing the prominent display of a CSAP exhibit at each of five conferences acknowledging CSAP's leadership role with IBH's Partnership for Addicition Prevention and Treatment.
