This requirement is for a nonpersonal service contract to provide all personnel, supervision, and other services necesary to manage the Volunteer Resource Program (VRP) for base-wide volunteer activities. The VRP Coordinator accomplishes this task by providing information and referral services to individuals seeking volunteer placement at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. Period of performance will be a one-year basic period and three one-year options. Anticipated start date is 1 October 1997. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Small Businesses are defined as those companies where the average gross revenues for the preceeding three years has not exceeded $5 milion.
