Contractor to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to complete the A-76 study. Contractor shall perform Workload as Follows: 1. Containers will be picked up and delivered to the 230+ hazardous waste sites on base 2. Container contents will be evaluated/analyzed, as required 3. Upon evaluation, containers will be certified for disposal (Supervisory approval). 4. Container data will be double checked. Containers will be authorized for disposal and placed on a removal order (Supervisory approval). 5. After 30 to 40 containers are accumulated, the removal order and associated analysis documents will be carried to DRMO, with the containers being isolated for inspection by DRMO and the disposal contractor. 6. DRMO will enact a disposal contract and the disposal contractor will pickup the containers for disposal. 7. This process repeats itself ad-infinitum, with as many as 2 to 3 removal orders being processed simultaneously. In addition, containers whose analyses are delayed at the lab to the point of expiring (90 day deadline) will be taken to DRMO for storage, pending receipt of analytical data (Supervisor will make call). 8.
