Buildings to be steel reinforced masonry units with stone column foundations, fire protection system, telephone, cable television wiring, and sound attentuation. Demolition of overhead power lines and relocation of natural gas line, and related work. The estimated cost is over $10,000,000. Contract duration is approximately 270 calendar days. This project is being issued on an "unrestricted" basis, inviting full and open competition. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1522, and the average annual size standard is $17 million.
