work: The work involves a new, government owned construction/sitework
for 25,000 square foot USPS carrier annex on a 3.33 acre site. The
design is based on USPS mid-size building standard design package. No
retail/customer services areas are involved. Offeror must have a
minimum of five (5) years General experience and must have
satisfactorily completed at least five (5) projects of similar size and
scope. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for August 19, 1997
at 10:00 am at the South Jersey District Office, 501 Benigno Blvd,
Bellmawr NJ 08099-9991. The estimated price range is between $1,500,000
and $2,250,000 with completion required within 270 calendar days after
receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packages will be
available on or about August 8, 1997 at $ 100.00 per set,
