Pothole excavation, backfill and compaction, site restoration and new clean cut-outs are included. Acquisition will be through competitive negotiation procedures with qualified offerors. The areas of evaluation and their relative rank order, as stated in Section M of the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the Government considering price and past performance. Performance period for this contract is 75 days. Performance for this contract will take place in the fall months (Sep 97 -- Nov 97) or spring months (Feb 98 -- Apr 98). The SIC CODE for this project is 1623 Estimated contract cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This project will be evaluated using past performance and cost factors.
