Z -- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON BUILDING MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR FEDERAL COURT FACILITIES SOL n/a DUE 090197 POC Denise Reavis, 202-273-1468 The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) is seeking information on private organizations who have experience with and can provide delivery of: architectural and engineering design services; management of building construction, renovations and alterations; real asset management; mechanical, electrical, and architectural maintenance and repairs; all other aspects of public facilities management with the exception of security. The AO intends to request authority to manage a number of both new and existing federal courthouses and related buildings currently managed by the General Services Administration. The potential sites currently under consideration are located in MN, IA, IN, WV, MD, DE, RI, NY, LA, FL, AL, CO, OK, AZ, and TX. Successful bidder(s) would also perform a building condition assessment, with a contract option to manage the reviewed site.
