Reinforced precast concrete building with two (2) single doors, to include one (1) cut-out 20"H x 27"W for HVAC unit; one (1) weather seal brick vent with exterior operated damper; one (1) 3'h x 3'w horizontal sliding window with brown/bronze finish;openings for elect/comm. Utility etc.; two (2) single 18 ga steel, security doors with small F/P wire glass window; 4" thick precast concrete floor slab; 4" to 3" thick walls with an exposed aggregate exterior finished; post-tentioned precast concrete roof (thickness 4' minimum, 6" prefect); transport and setting up the precast building. All work to be in accordance with drawing ER-BGM-PRE-9601. Contractor to provide, deliver and erect the new concrete structure with openings as specified on the drawings. Internal finish to be performed by the Government. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Award to be made to the lowest responsible, responsive offeror who can meet the specific requirements contained in the CBD announcement and is most advantageous to the government considering price and other price rlated factors.
