(Monaghan Engineerings, Inc.), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for the purchase of the following: 1) programmable logic controllers; 2) industrial hardened computers and switches; and 3) external time reference and alarm software. This equipment must be compatible in function and form as components of existing ISIS control systems and will use the same communications protocol to be physically connected into Modicon backplane equipment racks. This purchase will ensure full compatibility with other equipment and software incorporated into the existing design. All responsible sources may respond to the synopsis and all such responses will be fully considered. No request for quote (RFQ) document is available at this time; therefore, all information submitted must contain sufficient technical data to demonstrate the respondent's capability to meet the requirements.
