This software generates accurate aircraft target signatures for evaluating seeker performance. SPIRITS is an integral component of the existing integrated Flight Simulation and Signal Processor in the Loop simulation used for AIM-9X. The delivery is required on or before September 30, 1997, FOB Point is Destination, China Lake, CA. The Standard Industry Code is 7372 and the small business size standard is 18.0 million. Any firms believing that they can provide the required services shall submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than five (5) DAYS after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required software upgrade, which will be considered by the agency.
