USAID/REDSO/ESA requires for its Horn of Africa Support Project Hewlett Packard brand Servers, PC Workstations, Color Scanners, Color Printers, Laser Printers and Notebooks as well as Uninterruptable Power Supplies, LCD Projector, Miscellaneous Computer Spare Parts, Software and Network Interface Cards. All offers for computer equipment and accessories shall be of 220v 50 Hz with French plugs. Delivery basis shall be C.I.F. Djibouti via air freight. All Hewlett Packard Hardware offers shall be accompanied by the Manufacturers International Warranty that shall be honored by the Hewlett Packard authorized/representative and/or dealer in Djibouti along with a letter from said representative/dealer to provide warranty coverage. All other equipment shall be accompanied by the Manufacturer's Standard International Warranty with a list of the agents/representatives/dealers who will honor such warranty. Only FAX, EMail or letter requests will be accepted. These requests shall be accompanied by four mailing labels, name of contact person, telephone and fax numbers and an EMail address if available.
