Cherry, Jr., Contracting Officer, 910/432-2297 This a notice of intent to issue a Sole Source contract to Easy Access, 409 E Chapel Hill Road, Durham, NC 27701 to design and test unicode based Korean and Thai font sets to be an integral part of the MultiScript Editor. These fonts sets will function in a manner transparent to the user and be accessed in the same way other font sets are within the MultiScript program. The fonds shall be compatible with Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer. (Note: Any contractor desiring to submit a response to this notice may obtain a complete statement of work by submitting a written request or fax request (910/432-9345). Interested parties should submit the request in order to provide adequate time to submit the response not later than 22 August 1997. Interest and capability to provide the design and testing of these fonts and their integration requires the submission of a complete technical and pricing proposal. Responses to this notice will be considered for award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Failure to provide adequate information or requesting a bid package will reflect non compliance with all specifications contained herein and will result in disqualification. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this requirement is 8999.
