This process is sole-sourced to Raytheon Electronic Systems of Lexington, MA. This process is sole-sourced because RAytheon is the only industrial complex in the U.S. conducting research, development, and fabrication on IMPATT devices for applications in high power missile seeker transmitters. The delivery is required on or before September 30, 1997, FOB Point is Destination, China Lake, CA. The Standard Industry Code is 8748 and the small business size standard is 5.0 million. Any firms believing that they can provide the required services shall submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than five (5) DAYS after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the processing required, which will be considered by the agency.
