In the near future, NASA plans to issue a complete draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for industry comment. This requirement encompasses support of the operations of the NSSDC which is responsible for the acquisition, ingestion, management, and dissemination of NASA's mission data and related information. The Contractor is responsible for developing, maintaining, evolving, and operating sophisticated computer data and information systems. We invite industry recommendations, questions, comments on the draft SOW. The SOW is available on the World Wide Web or copies may be obtained by writing to the address above, by facsimile at (301) 286-6993, or by E-Mail at Mary.V.Stevens.1@gsfc.nasa.gov.
