The Bi-State Development Agency (BSDA) is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing consulting/design services to determine the feasibility of transit-oriented development in conjunction with a park-and-ride facility at the Forest Park MetroLink Station in St. Louis, Missouri. Three to five teams will be selected to submit full proposals at a later date. It is BSDA's intent to go forward with the development of a permanent park-and-ride facility (either surface or structure) alone or in conjunction with other commercial and/or residential development at this site. Consultant support is being sought in order to assist the Agency with the feasibility, planning, design, and technical studies that are needed before any option is pursued. We are inviting submissions from consultants and/or teams of consultants with expertise in the following areas: Architecture; Community Involvement; Economic and Community Development; Financial Analysis; Landscape Architecture; Public Art; Transportation and Public Space Planning; and Urban Planning and Design.
