supervision, transportation, equipment, operating supplies, and other
incidentals necessary to develop a Synthesis of Cultural Resource data
that was generated as a result of the Exxon LaBarge Natural Gas
Project and Shute Creek Plant. This synthesis will contribute to our
understanding of prehistoric adaptations during the entire time of
human occupation in the Green River Basin of southwestern Wyoming. A
final report that synthesizes all the archaeological studies will
required in 2 phases. Phase 1 will require a synopsis of results of
data recovery at locations 48LN373, 48LN1296, and 48LN1334. Phase 2
will require a summary, synthesis, and interpretation of data from all
sites investigated for the Exxon LaBarge/Shute Creek Project. The
performance time for this acquisition is one year. Location of Work:
The Contractor may work at their offices to complete the summary report
of the six volumes (Firebaugh and Wheeler 1984; Wheeler et al. 1984a;
Wheeler et al. 1984b) which are located on file at the Bureau of Land
Management Office, Kemmerer Resource Area Office and the Wyoming State
Historical Preservation Officer's Cultural Resource Office. For Phase
2, the Contractor must reference all reports of investigations of the
sites. Upon completion of all reviews, th contractor shall be required
to produce and furnish a professional report that synthesizes the
invormation, how ist was interpreted, how it contributes to the
research themes, answers the research question, and generally, what was
learned. A Technical Proposal Evaluation Committee will evaluate all
submitted proposal in term of tehnical merit. A separate price proposal
shall also be furnished. The proposed evaluation factors, criteria, and
values are as follows: Price -- 10 Points; Experience of Key Personnel
-- 30 Points; Experience of Organization -- 15 Points; Organization's
Facilities -- 5 Points; and Technical Approach -- 40 Points. This
acquisition is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000 and is 100%
set-aside for small business. You may request a copy of the
