The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk (FISC), Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure gymnasium and racquetball operation support services for the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. Work to be performed includes the monitoring, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility; gear issue; financial services associated with running the facility;and safety inspection/reporting responsibilities. Services will commence 01 October 1997 and continue through 30 September 1998. Two annual option periods are included. A firm-fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable size standard industrial classification number is 7999.
