MANAGER TO ADMINISTER THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS/FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
TO ASSIST ELIGIBLE CLIENTS AT THE ARMY COMMUNITY SERVICE, BLDG 812,
FORT MONMOUTH, NJ FOR THE PERIOD OF 1 OCT 97 THROUGH 30 SEP 98 AND WILL
INCLUDE THREE ONE YEAR OPTIONS. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO
OPERATE A FINANCIAL EDUCATION, INFORMATION, ASSISTANCE, AND COUSELING
SERVICE WITHIN THE ARMY COMMUNITY SERVICE THAT FOCUSES ON IMPROVING THE
PERSONAL FINANCIAL STATUS OF ELIGIBLE CLIENTS AND THEIR ABILITIES TO
PERFORM AS INFORMED CONSUMERS. PROPOSED ACQUISITION IS 100 PERCENT
SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE AND AWARD WILL BE MADE ON A BEST VALUE BASIS.
