All maintenance shall be performed by competent factory trained technicians. Service shall be performed Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM, excluding Federal Holidays. The contract will begin October 1, 1997. Bidding material to be ready on or before August 15, 1997. A site visit is a must and the date will be included in the material.
