S -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXECUTE A SOLE SOURCE, UTILITY DEMAND SIDE MANAGEMENT BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT SOL N62742-96-G-3520 POC Contact Mr. Gregory Takata, Contract Specialist, (808) 474-4516 The Government intends to negotiate a sole source task order with Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO) in accordance with Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N62742-96-G-3520 and Public Laws 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) and 10 U.S.C. 2865(d). The purpose of the task order (No. 0004) will be to complete energy audits for buildings located in Naval Station Pearl Harbor found to have energy and conservation projects with savings-to-investment ratios (SIRS) of 2.0 or greater. Audit shall consist of an on-site investigation and evaluation to determine if significant energy conservation opportunities exist and whether a detailed feasibility analysis is warranted.
