The intention of this solicitation is to obtain Janitorial Services for various buildings at Laurel Bay and Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort communities by means of a Firm-Fixed price contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide these services. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces including, medical examination rooms, but not limited to halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, storage areas and stairways. The proposed contract listed is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The proposed contract is for a period of one year with four options, not to exceed 60 months. Therefore replies to this notice are requested from all types of business to be solicited in the event a small business set-aside is not made; (e.g. all small businessconcerns, all business concerns, etc), as well as from SDB concerns.
