The contract is for a base year with four one-year options to extend the term of contract and a six month option to extend services. Base year performance is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. The type of contract is a firm fixed price contract. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is restricted to participation to small business concerns (100% Set-Aside). The standard industrial code (SIC) is 7381. The size standard is $9 mil.
