Line item 0002 Lease and Maintenance for Option period 1 covering 01 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. Line item 0003 Lease and Maintenance for Option period 2 covering 01 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 2000. Add the following as paragraph 6 under General Specifications: 6. Equipment offered under this SOL must be new and not used.
