Repairs include road surface maintenance, re-establishing drainage ditches, installation of new drainage structures and replacement of stream crossing culverts sized to meet 100-year flood events. Erosion control methods will be used on all disturbed areas. Best management practices (BMP) will be implemented. Project location is located within the Bull Run Watershed Management Unit (BRWMU) on the Zigzag Ranger District of the Mt. Hood National Forest. Estimated Start Work Date is September 10, 1997. Contract time is approximately 30 calendar days. Government's Estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. (0218)
