This project is being synopsized SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. This acquisition will be processed using the commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. The technical criteria fror award of this (purchase order/contract) will include, as a minimum, past performance and price. Offerors are encouraged to review FAR clauses 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. Interested offerors are encouraged to submit their standard commercial agreements in conjunction with your request for a copy of this solicitation. Lackland AFB is seeking sources for a one-time (purchase order/contract) for the demolition, removal, and disposal of five carport structures, of various sizes, including removal of steel columns, wood framing, decking, and all roofing materials. Project may or may not contain Lead Based Paint as specified in the RFQ Statement of Need. The contractor shall dispose of all demolition generated materials at an off base location in accordance with existing local, state, and federal regulations. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Emerging Small Business concerns. SIC 1795 This solicitation and any subsequent (purchase order/contract) will be subject to the Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act (when applicable).
