Z -- PAINT MILITARY BASE FACILITIES (IDIQ) SOL F26600-97-B-0709 POC J. Buky, Contracting Officer, 702-652-2531 Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to prepare and paint surfaces of exterior buildings located at Nellis AFB NV. Work consists of but is not limited to testing surfaces for Lead Based Paint (LBP) and removing it if encountered; cleaning the exterior of the facilities to remove dirt, mildew, fungus, and other foreign matter; removing scale, rust, and paint peelings, etc. as necessary, by means of sandblasting, water blasting, or other removal methods as applicable; removing and replacing existing wood siding, trim, and fascia; repairing minor substrate; caulking existing windows and door jambs/heads; filling all stucco cracks; and painting exterior walls, roofs, soffit, fascia, etc. Work will be issued on as as-needed basis and is subject to receipt of funds. The minimum guaranteed amount is $10,000; the minimum order amount is $50,000; and the maximum annual amount that may be ordered is $1,500,000. This is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract. The minimum delivery order amount will be $50,000 with a guaranteed contract amount of $10,000 and a maximum annual contract amount of $1.5 Million. The contract performance period will be for a period of one year (365 calendar days) with an additional one-year option period. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1721 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $7 million. The proposed contract listed here is restricted to eligible 8(a) firms in Region 9 of the Small Business Administration Offers are solicited only from small business concerns located in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Region 9 who are expressly certified by the SBA for participation in the 8(a) Program and Standard Industrial Code 1721 is specifically included in the Offeror's approved business plan.
